Also the placement in the oven makes a difference. If I remember correctly, the toppings cook faster higher up in the oven. And spreading a thin layer of olive oil on top of the crust should help. |

I first tried bbq beef pizza at pizza hut. I don't order pizza hut anymore because it gives me wicked heartburn. And their pizzas have declined in quality. Or perhaps I just prefer higher quality now ... |
