I agree, the recipe sounds complicated for something that sounds as simple as "carrot salad." I'll have to give it a try though. This is the first time I heard about ghee, too.

I think they use a unique sauce that doesn't need cheese to shine. The "no cheese" label made me try it, too. I don't usually go for frozen pizza.
