Sissy Biggers of "A Big Life"
recently featured a web video about
The Big Green Pizza Truck.

The Big Green Pizza Truck is a refurbished
1942 1/2 Ton GMC, which is a mobile pizzeria. The Truck has with a full on, wood fired pizza oven, in the back.

Don't even think about buying a slice of pizza from these pizzaiolo
or even a whole pizza.
The Big Green Pizza Truck is used strictly for catering. They generally will make enough pizza for 40-50 people.
If you want them to come to your house to make pizza
it'll cost you. Believe me, it will be worth every penny.

The truck usually stays in it's home state of Connecticut.

In this episode, Douglas Coffin and Kevin Spooner,
the truck owners, give Sissy a lesson in making pizza
as well as pizza truck driving.
