Hi Ginika,
Are you asking two things or one? I know how to make pizza dough without yeast and sugar, but then you go on about soybean husk and that, dear Ginika, I have no clue about.

GINIKA:
Good morning. As was mentioned to you, posting a recipe for pizza crust dough as you posted isn't a problem... the problem is the "SOYBEAN HUSK."
Tell us why can't you use soy flour??? Is it not the same thing????.
Enjoy the rest of the day my friend.

Ginika, here is a recipe for biscuit dough, no sugar, no yeast. Use it like pizza dough.
2 lb. 8 oz. All-purpose flour
3/4 ounce Salt
2 ounces Baking powder
14 ounces Unsalted butter, cold
1 1/2 pints Milk
1. Sift the dry ingredients together, making sure they are blended thoroughly.
2. Cut in the butter. The mixture should look mealy; do not overmix.
3. Add the milk and stir, combining only until the mixture holds together.
4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface; knead until it forms one mass, approximately five or six kneadings.
5. Shape it into a round about 5mil thick.
6. Top it with what you want on your pizza.
7. Bake it 425 until done.
Have fun
