Wanted to say hi to all the Pizzaiola's here! I've been cooking and baking for 20 years and now attend a culinary arts program at the local community college. I certainly have a passion for pizza and am glad to read others' experiments and successes. I'll be happy to share anything I do with our members and I look forward to learning from so many.

I visited to Niagra Falls some years ago. It was spectacular.

Can you sitll take a boat ride under the fall?

Is it true that the Falls were falling and they had to do some incredible engineering feat to keep it stable?

It seems that I read that somewhere.

Niagra Falls is where my parents went on their honey moon. I guess it was a favorite honey moon spot for many people.

Hello Albert,

Niagara Falls is still a popular vacation and honeymoon spot for many Americans and Canadians. One of the most popular things to do is take that boat ride called Maid of the Mist. I have never heard of any engineering feat to keep the falls going though. Both U.S. and Canada siphon water above the falls to generate alot of electricity. I have lived here 3 years and still find the falls a real wonder. Of course, withing a few year I plan to open "falls pizza".
