One of my favorite pizza toppings has got to be portobello mushrooms.

I love the texture of them. They add much to pizza but can be used for many other dishes as well.

I am so impressed with portobello that I even made a video of how to prepare them.

I use both the baby and the "standard" sizes on pizza. I sautee them in red wine (only). Sometimes I will marinate them in red wine, and put them right on the charcoal grill.

I absolutely love portabellos. They are one of my favorite pizza toppings. I think they are probably one of my favorite foods.
