What kinds of wine do people enjoy with their favorite pizzas?

I am a fan of reds, particularly Zinfandels..... "7 Deadly" and the like. Dry and "oaky".

A good "staple" wine, for me, is Carlo Rossi Paisano. I use it alot for cooking. It goes in any red sauce I make, I sautée mushrooms in it (with no butter or oil). It's a good table wine, my Uncle Gino consumed that by the gallon. I guess I learned from the pro!

If it isn't good enough to drink, it isn't good enough for cooking......
