A nice Caesar salad goes well with good pizza. And since you make a good pizza, you can also make a good Caesar salad. Here is my recipe:

The fixin's:
1 C mayonnaise
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
2-3 cloves of garlic (pressed)
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 C fresh grated parmesan cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano is my preference)
1 Tbs of milk or half and half
1 bunch Romaine lettuce

Chop the lettuce and place in a bowl, cover and refrigerate.

Combine all of the the dressing ingredients in a bowl or large measuring cup and whisk until thoroughly mixed. Cover and refrigerate.

Options:
If you are a fan of the "salty fish" (read "anchovies") you can add a couple of those, or use some anchovy paste - "to taste" as they say.

Assemble your salad, add some homemade croutons. You can grind a little fresh black pepper and Reggiano on top.
