I have a friend who says she freezes cooked pizza, but I don't see any references here about the best way to do this. She wraps it plastic wrap, but I would like to know how other people do it.

Any ideas? And thanks in advance.

HERMES:
Good morning. Hermes, the way you wrote "FREEZES COOKED PIZZA" implies that the pizza is topped, baked ,& then placed in the freezer. I never heard of that mode. However, Hermes I believe what your friend may have meant was they partially baked the pizza dough after it was rolled-out Question into a disc & then froze it so that at a later date they could top it & continue to bake the pie. That technique is easy enough Any pizza book you can locate in the library or your nearest bookstore will tell you how to do that. Good luck & have a nice day.

Thanks for answering, but she indeed cooked the pizza and then took it out to put in the toaster oven to reheat. She says it's a great time saver, but before I do it, I would like to get someone else's opinion.
