Hi Everyone:
I made Pasta E Fagioli other night,and realize for this simple dish,there are hundreds of variations on it..
I used the one in Frank Pellegrino's Cookbook for Rao's and while it was good,I've seen others with more spices,any one know other variations on this great Italian dish.

Here's one right here from Pizzatherapy.com
I like to saute a chopped onion and a carrot in it as well. And maybe a little crushed tomato.
