Kris comments and asks:

The dough was very tasty and probably one of the best recipes I have tried but I am still trying to figure out 2 things.

First, I am wanting to make a dough that is a little softer and chewier, kinda like a delivery pizza dough. Although tasty, this dough was a little crispy for my personal preference (of course this may just have to do with time and temperature I am still learning).

Second I am trying to learn how to spin and toss the dough instead of using a rolling pin. Any tips?

My Response:

Hello Kris, great questions.

For a softer dough, try using bread dough. Try making your pizza with only bread dough and see if this makes a difference. Also you can try to use a little more olive oil in your dough that may help.

For tossing dough you may want to look at these threads:

I hope this helps, Kris.

Any other comments would be welcome.

albert
