Hey Albert,
Just wondering if you ever considered getting a wood-fired brick oven to make your pizzas. I noticed in your videos you use a conventional oven with a stone, the same way I do it.
Do you have an opinion on which ones are better for home use?
Chris
My Response:
Hey Chris,
Thanks for asking. I highly recommend getting one.
Where I currently live it would be very difficult to put in a wood fired oven.
I have made pizza on wood fired ovens. Just incredible! I would highly recommend one.
I really like the people at Forno Bravo. They sell ovens but also will provide free plans if you want to build one yourself.

BTW, I do have a short video of me cooking in a wood fired pizza oven.

Please let me know if you get one.
I would love to hear about your adventures.
