That's a keeper! I am printing that and putting it on the menu for this week! Or maybe tomorrow.
I like the fresh basil; I see no oregano? I generally use both, fresh, plucked from the backyard garden. Parsley in lieu of basil would definitely give a different complexion. Parsley and basil, parsley and oregano, or how about all three?
The lemon pepper is a nice touch as well!
