Dear Albert,

I would like to know how do I make my dough light and fluffy, I tried everything, but still cant get it 100% right.

A friend told me I should add additives to the dough, is he right and if so what additives can I add to make it light and fluffy like pizza Hut dough.
I would be great full if you could help me
Kind Regards
Ahmed

Can anyone help Ahmed?

ahmed:
GOOD AFTERNOON AHMED. AHMED, JUST USE A LIGHTER TYPE FLOUR LIKE GOLD MEDAL OR PILLSBURY ALL PURPOSE FLOUR. AHMED YOU CAN SUBST. RICE FLOUR OR CORNSTARCH FOR UP TO SAY 12.5% OF THE A/P FLOUR. YOU DO NOT NEED ADDITIVES IN YOUR DOUGH. THIS SUBST WILL MAKE THE FLOUR WEAKER...LIGHTER FOR YOU.
GOOD LUCK & ENJOY THE REST OF THE DAY MY FRIEND.
