I am new to this group. I do love pizza but not as much as my grandpa, which is why I am here. He used to eat at a place in New Jersey called the Roma Bar. He has yet to eat a pizza that compares since he has lived on the West Coast for the past 50 years. I am trying to find a place or even make him a pizza that he can not complain about! Wink I have read the recommended places on the West Coast in the Seattle area and was wondering if anyone new which place has a pizza that is most like a 1940's pizza from Jersey? Smile He loves a thin crust, great sauce, pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms...a simple man. Thanks for any advice you can give us!
