ok, here's another issue I'm dealing with in pizzadom. My finished, fresh outta the oven pizza doesn't have that aroma like you get when you walk into a pizza parlor. The sauce I use is a "pizza sauce" and has a nice rich italian style aroma and flavor to it. But that seems to make no difference. I'm using fresh basil. What gives here?? Any suggestions you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Roger, I have no idea how to help with this problem.
When I make pizza, there is a pizza smell. I can't say that it smells like a pizzeria.
I am leaving it up to the experts here at the forum to come up with some suggestions.
