Well I am going to need flour this week, I have plans to get GM Full Strength #53381 but I was reading about the Remarkable #57122 it has a little more Protein then Full Strength, the last flour I had was the Con Agra King Midas Special, it was an OK flour, what do you think of the Remarkable vs the Full Strength, I had a few cups of King Arthur Sir Lancelot left and used it for last fridays pizza, I have to say it stretches nice compared to the KMS from Con Agra.

I have heard great things about

King Arthur's Lancelot Flour.... It is made especially for pizza.

I have been getting some reviews about King Arthur's Perfect Pizza Blend.
You can read all about it here:

I really want to hear your thoughts on using the different types of flour...

Really does sound incredible!!!

Please keep us posted!
