Thanks for having the website and forum. I teach family & Consumer Science and have done pizza with kids from 7th-12th grade. It is always one of their favorites, however not everyone's comes out great. I am still learning to help them make a great pizza every time. All advice is appreciated. Thanks Elaine |

Hi Albert, happy to be here. I live in Wisconsin and pizza is a legacy in my family (sort of, I'll post the story in one of the other topics).
Pizza is my favorite food and one of the few things everyone in my family will eat. With three boys to raise, I think we'll be having a lot of pizza in the future.
Just started making dough last year, and I love Albert's recipe. It's so easy, it practically makes itself, and it always tastes good. |

So by now, you've been making pizza for over three decades! That's awesome. I'm only just beginning. Thank you so much for putting up this forum where pizza lovers can get together. I've learned so much here in just one day. -Amy |
