I'm going to make a potato pizza and wany to kmow if the potatos are parboiled or cooked in some way prior to placing them on the crust?

If you do a Google search for "potato pizza" you will find some pretty interesting recipes. I had never considered a potato pizza. Some of these recipes look pretty appealing!

When we visited Sally's (in New Haven, Connecticut), this past summer, we had a great potato pizza.

We had tasted this pizza there several years ago, when they were thinking of putting it on the menu.

Believe me, this was an incredible melding of tastes. We really enjoyed it.
