Albert,
Just between friends your recipe would come out better if
you weigh the ingredients. I have been baking Pizza's for
nine years and your recipes need some work.
I don't mean this in a negatve way, just trying to give you an honest opinion.

I am always looking for ways to improve my pizza recipe.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
I have been making pizza for a long time. I do not pretend it is the best, but it does work for me.
Professionals weigh their ingredients. I do not pretend to be a professional.
