I used to live in Columbus, Ohio and regularly frequented a place called Lost Planet Pizza. They had my favorite pizza of all time...

It had a cracker thin crust (wheat I think), olive oil/garlic sauce I believe, cheese, blackened chicken, and topped with romaine lettuce and caesar dressing. I used to have them add diced tomatoes. It looked frightening but was incredible! I would love to know how to replicate the recipe some day since the restaurant closed.

I moved back to Cincinnati and used to drive the two hours to Columbus just to get that pizza until they closed. One of the servers would recognize me and put my order in. Smile

I really miss that pizza!
