I wanted to share one of my latest pizza creations with everyone. I'm sure this is nothing new but here's how I made it;

What you'll need:

Pizza dough, you know, however you like it, even par-baked works here.
Blue cheese sauce (below)
Chicken fingers, frozen prepared or a meal from the local KFC or Wal-Mart.. (go figure!)
Buffalo sauce (below)
Celery (optional)

Blue cheese sauce:
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Pinch salt and pepper

Heat cream to simmering, stir in cheese and S&P, allow to cool.

Wing sauce:
1/2 cup Frank's red hot cayenne pepper sauce
1/4 cup butter, melted
1tsp Worcestershire
1tsp minced garlic

Spread the blue cheese sauce on your crust, don't need a whole lot.
Coarsely chop fingers (chicken, not your own) and toss with sauce, top pizza.
Sprinkle with a little more mozzarella and bake at 350 till done, garnish with celery sticks, enjoy!

Have fun!

Vinny

I make a buffalo chicken pizza too! I use ranch dressing and the same wing sauce you do. I love all the differnet ways to make pizza. Smile
