Since we're talking about toppings, yes, they are on the pizza. I can control the amount of each I put on it. It is quite a tasty pizza and the crust is VERY thin. Just because there are a lot of ingredients doesn't mean the pizza has to be loaded. It's actually quite light, refreshing, and healthy. _________________ Pizza therapy - cheaper than your co-pay! |

My favorite toppings, while varied, always include Vidalia onions and hot bananna peppers. In my area I can get a really good locally-made link country sausage, so that usually ends up on the pizza, also. Two other must-haves for me are marinated button mushrooms & similar marinated artichoke hearts. I have yet to find a decent pepperoni in my area. Lacking that, I have found that thinly sliced flank steak works well for me. |

Everyone's favourites are making me hungry. Sounds so good.
Lately, this has become one of my favourite pizzas, I hope I don't wear it out.
first sauce,
freshly grated provolone
shitake mushrooms (whole -stems removed)
kalamata olives
mini bococchini cheeses
and on the very top large pieces of thin prosciutto
melted garlic butter brushed on the edge of the crust and sprinked with fresh grated parm.
when the bococchinis melt the balls flatten and spreadout and the prosciutto gets just crispy.
For me Awesome! Can be a bit salty hence a must have is beer or wine close at hand
