I'm ashamed to admit isn't mine, but a place called Pepi's Pizza in Oneida, NY.

Pepi (Tony) has an awesome crust recipe which I haven't been able to duplicate (YET!) and uses good fesh ingredients including mozzarella made locally by the Caruso's

PS
Don't eat at the franchise locations but go directly to the original location for the best.
