I've seen this offered on my supermarket shelf by King Arthur. Has anyone tried making pizza with this stuff? If so, how did it differ from regular unbleached or whole wheat pizza dough?

I love King Arthur Flour.

I have used their Sir Lancelot with good results but not their White Whole Wheat.

This almost seems like a contradiction to me.

I thought Whole Wheat Flour was milled differently than White flour.

I would love to hear an answer about this.
