The dough is OK I use a bread making machine to mix all the ingredients no
trouble there just lazy?
I only seem to get two or three pizzas outof the dough is this right.
I don't have proper oven yet just the normal house oven which is fine, I
have not mastered the art off taking the pizza off the plate onto the
stone it sticks all the time I think I will try the corn flour next?
The good news is that we have not bought a pizza since making them.
I now know that home made is the best thing on earth I will be investing in a an oven very shortly.
The kids love the pizza's and we seem to have more friends all of a sudden
MMMMmmmm.

My response:
Great Darrell!
Sounds like you are well on your way woth your pizza adventures.
With the pizza dough recipe I make 4 very thin pizzas.
To transfer the pizza you can use a peel. Spread corn meal or flour on the peel so it will slide more easily.
My friend Espo used a piece of cardboard for the longest time. The problem was the cardboard kept catching on fire.
He finally broke down and bought a real pizza peel.
Thanks so much for sharing your pizza story.
Please keep us posted in how you pizzas turn out.
pizza forever,
