Here are some of the comments I have received...

Hello Albert,

I must tell you some guys are twisting my arm to tell them how I made wonderful pizzas now. I already got the edge because of your dough recipe. This coming Sunday, I will make some pizzas again for a large group of friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. Would you believe they proded me to open a pizza parlor in the neighborhood? Amazing!!!

Best regards,

Renato G. San Pedro

My response

Thanks so much,

Thanks Albert...

The dough was wonderful. We were so pleased with the way that pie turned
out!!!

Hoping you could help us with something else...

We are huge fans of Ginos East in Chicago. Quite sure you probably know of
them. We want to learn how to make their amazing deep dish pie in our
kitchen. Any pointers you might be able to offer???

Thanks so much,
Rick

My Response:

Hey Rick.

I know what I don't know.

Knowing how to make Gino's East pizza is one of them.

God luck in your quest....

please let me know how you make out if you find the answer.

Hello Albert,

Just a quick note to tell you that we loved the pizza dough recipe. I also used a
pizza stone for the first time and the crust was just the way we like it. My wife
said the pizza was as good as any take out here in town. Need to locate some better
cheese though. Thanks again Albert.

Daniel

My response:

Thanks for the positive feedback , Daniel

Linwood writes:

Thanks Albert
I did get the recipe for pizza dough and was so excited, I turned an entire 5 lb. bag of flour into enough dough for about 15 crusts! (which I will freeze as necessary).

I played around with the amount of yeast to see what happens just to experiment a little cause to me there's no such thing as a "bad pizza".

I made a 20-inch deep dish pizza (pizza hut pan pizza style) just tonight and it turned out as good if not better than any pizza I have ever made. Thanks for the recipe and "Pizza on Earth...good will to all"

My Response:

Thanks, Linwood. I love the fact that you are experimenting with the recipe. Your pizza will only get better and better...

pizza everywhere,

albert

Hey Albert,

All I can say is YOU ARE DA MAN!

I have been making pretty good pizzas for some time now, but have never really been satisfied with my pizza dough, although everyone else seemed to like it.

Well, my daughter had her 25th birthday this past weekend, and she told me she wanted a homemade pizza party because she loves my pizza. So I got up early and made 2 batches of YOUR pizza dough and took it to her house along with my peel, stone and everything else. I was in the kitchen all day turning out pies for her guests. They were absolutely the best pies I have EVER made! I am finally thrilled with my pizza crusts now!

And everyone could not stop raving about how good my pizzas were. I couldn't bring them out of the oven fast enough! I literally had people lined up in the kitchen, holding their plates, waiting for the next one to come out!

Thank you so much for sharing your recipe with us. I could not be happier with my results due to your douh recipe.

Eternally grateful,

Tat2Mark

Jake writes:

Hey Albert,

I tried the dough recipe, It was great. We have been buying it from a local pizza place for friday night pizza night with the kids. Now we will make it ourselves. We cooked it up
a couple hours after letting it rise.

Punched it down twice. It was a lot more crispy then the pizza places dough. Thank you for the website.

Do you own a pizza place yourself.
Or are you just a pizza fanatic.

Much Thanks
Jake.

My response:

Thanks for the positive feedback.

I'm just a pizza fanatic....for now.

Who knows?

There could be a Pizza Therapy Pizzeria coming to a neighborhood near you...

Hi Albert;
The pizza dough using your recipe is second to none. I have never made an easier to work with pizza dough than yours. It is consistently excellent, and the best thing is that you really don't even have to measure exactly as it will always be great.

My response:

I'm speechless!

Tim comments:

Hello Albert,

I must say that whenever I have made this dough it has never failed and is always the best pizza crust I have ever tasted. I follow the directions except when I throw in fresh rosemary from the garden just before I start adding the flour.

My wife and I usually make several small pizzas and this does not affect the quality at all. Whenever I can I try to get friends to make this dough for themselves. I guess we should have a pizza party and we can walk them through and show them how easy it is. I am so glad to have found your site, Albert.

Thanks for everything,

Tim

And John said:

"It was superb thank you."

My response:

Thank you Tim, Thank you John...wow!
