I like corn in chilli, you can also make a mexican pizza with chilli as the sauce adding corn hot peppers onions cilantro ect...

There's corn in my chili too, and I always make cornbread to go with it. We seem to be a rather corny bunch.

I have my very own chili recipe. It's cheaters' chili. No simmering all day, or chopping for hours. The basic thing you need is a can opener. Maybe not authentic, but then I can't take much spice so any recipe of mine will not match foods that originated in Texas/Mexico.

I like to start with Carrol Shelby chili mix. It comes in a little brown bag.



I add in some sugar and a few other secret ingredients...Yum!

Tonight I might make Racheal Rays chili mac.

Last night was pasta night, so today we switch to lambs liver in a curry with potatoes, accompanied with a pilaf style rice dish using Basmati rice.
