Hi all;

- Just got back from a day in Little Italy. We were in Little Italy for the San Gennaro, food all over the place, it was heaven. The high light of the day was a stop at Lombardi's for a clam pie. With all due respect to New Haven, who's crust is unbeatable, Lombardi's can top a clam pie the way it should be, loads of clams, seasoned to perfection, tender, flavor, flavor, flavor. If you haven't been to New Haven for a pie, go, if you haven't been to New York for a pie (Lombardi's Clam Pie), go, and on the way out stop at Ferrara's for pastry and espresso.
