In our town of Crestview, the selection is pretty poor, so I buy Freschetta and doctor it up with olive oil, oregano, and garlic powder, and cook it on a pizza stone. However, in the southern part of the county there is a place called Ciao Bella located in the Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall in Sandestin and another one in Niceville. They are run by people who are actually from Italy — a PREREQUISITE, in my opinion, to make excellent pizza. They use slices of real mozzarella that melt into puddles of cheese on top. No shredded mixture of "white cheese" of unknown variety (white cheddar? muenster? white American?).
