Pizza dough was great. I have prediabetes and using white flour drives my blood sugar up more than whole wheat flour. Do you have a decent recipe that uses all whole wheat flour?

My response:
I do not have such a recipe. Can anyone else help?

thnaks 9in advance...

ADOONA:
Good afternoon. All you need to do is use a typical pizza recipe...but use all w.w flour. Now then Adonna, you will be using slightly more water than in the recipe because that type of flour requires more of it. Just add water a little at a time till the dough feels wet but not sticky...if so... add a little flour & continue kneading till it feels wet but not sticky.
Good luck & enjoy the rest of the day Adonna.

Adonna, you will want a dough conditioner (enhancer) as well. This will assist with the texture, handeling, and flavor of the finished product. Google for products or check your local grocery, it makes a world of difference!
