I love pizza. I have been perfecting my recipe for years.

I like corn meal and a mixture of cheddar and Mozzerella.

I just switched flour to Pillsbury's So Strong high gluten flour. Man it gives me heartburn.

Why does some pizza dough give you heartburn? Is it the yeast or the flour? Please help me out.
