The oven I mentioned was on your site...I don't know how to find it again but I did remember finally where I made some notes for my friend about it and the information about it found on your site mentioned a company by the name of Di Volpi...

I believe it is from Brazil and it claims to make pizza in about two minutes. I believe it was your comment I read also mentioning how you would rather stick to pizza that takes longer as I also agree. If you know what I'm speaking of now perhaps when you get a chance you can let me know where one can be found.

In the meantime, thank you and I have so far enjoyed how simple and interesting you've made making pizza a lot less complicated then I thought it might be...now on to practice. Thanks again.
