I would have to say that PIETRAS in Wheat Ridge has a great ZA!
Family owned and has been around for 40 years or so!
Not too thin crust,
Tasty but not sweet sauce, never too much, quality mozzarella which they lay on in slices, Pepperoni that leaves you feeling good that you are not a vegetarian, and one of my favorite things that happens to the dough is when it kinda bubbles up when cooked. I like those pockets!
Their pizza oven browns the top of the cheese and that is a turn on for me also.
My family and I like to order a large za and drive around the city and eat it! (It takes some skill and a good navigator/pizza supply passenger!
Love!

Hey Adam, this sounds like an art all by itself...
Whenever I drive around eating pizza, I always get more pizza on my lap than in my mouth.
Next time I drive around eating pizza, I want you at the wheel.
I'll buy...you fly...
Is that a deal?
