Elliot asks:

Albert, Iam trying to find someone to teach me how to stretch pizza dough and get it into a circular shape.Everytime I try I get a rectangular shape and end up grilling my pizza. It tastes good but the dough is uneven and when I have to transport it to the grill from the board its on its disasterous.

I need to get a hands on class which i cant find.

My Response:

Elliot, I think you can find some help right here.

Can anyone assist Elliot?

thanks

A couple of ways you can find some good information:

Google "toss pizza video" or,

go to Youtube and do a search.

You'll find lots of videos.

It takes some practice.
