Hi Albert.
I am new to pizza baking but am buying and and reading everything I can get a hold off. I recently saw your video and am now exploring your offerings.
I just now signed up to be on your mailing list.
Any advice on the best portable electric pizza ovens Baker's Pride or???
Thanks John
My response:
Hey John.
Thanks for the support.
Here is an annotated picture of a Baker's Pride oven. Note my red highlights, Please note the cooking temperature of the pizza!
I have reviewed the Bakers Pride. I love it.
Any oven that cooks pizza at over 600 degrees is a winner in my book!
Also as I read the review I noticed that it comes with an otional brick cooking surface.
To me this looks like it will cook great pizza.
I think many people have issues with cooking pizza because the oven temperature is not high enough.
For a great discussion on oven cooking temperatures, check out the interview I did with Bev Collins.
You can listen to it at this link:

Please let me know if you decide to get one they look amazing!
I would love to here from anyone at the Forum who has experience with a Baker's Pride.
thanks.
