Some how my dough is not rising , any suggestions will be appreciated.

My response:

The problem could be your yeast.

Check your yeast.

Here's how to test your yeast:

Put 2 teaspoons of yeast, 2 two teasoons of sugar, and 1/2 cup of water.

Water needs to be 105 F temperature. Mix. NO Hotter than that.

If the yeast does not become frothy after 5 minutes, get new yeast.

That is the problem.

If it becomes frothy, there is no problem with your yeast.

Your pizza dough will rise.

Let me know if you have any more problems.
