Hi Albert,

Just had to let you know what's been happening at passion-4-pizza.com! We took Peter Reinhart out to Umberto's in New Hyde Park, NY for their famous "Grandma Pizza", and just this week we were in Phoenix and got to meet Chris Bianco, interview him, and taste his incredible Rosa and Marinara pies!

Of course, we've been posting our adventures!

In January, Cary will be taking a 2-day pizza class with Tony Gemignani in San Francisco...

It's a good pizza life!
