Hi everyone ,Wanted to say hello and I love this forum filled with alot of great information.
I have a question , I've just started making pizza for a few months now I've been using a 15" stone in our home oven which is large enough for me and the wife ,I would like start to make a pie up 18" so it would be large enough to feed us and the grand kids , I was thinking about using tin foil on the oven rack and brushing some oil and corn meal on it so it wouldn't stick . But if I could buy a real large stone to that would be great !! Any ideas.
Thanks ! |

I have a number of pizza stones (including a hearth stone).
You can find a 14 x 16 inch stone at this link:

Another option would be to get a number of unglazed tiles from a hardware store. You can basically just cover your entire cooking rack with pizza stones.
I did cook pizza on unglazed tiles once.
Worked pretty good.
pizza in your kitche,
