I did get it, thank you. I've tried several dough recipes over the last few weeks, yours is the best and I wanted a printed copy after watching you on youtube the first time. I cant seem to get my crust to darken as much as i would like. Do you have any suggestions? My over goes up to 550 but I'm not satisfied with my results. Thanks, Ron

Hi Ron. I'm stumped. here are some questions:

How long are you pre-heating your oven? I use a pizza stone and I pre-heat my oven for an hour.

Also: I've heard using s little extra sugar in the dough may help...

Any other suggestions here?
