Albert,
I really enjoy your ebook and your site.
I am used to soap stone for oven trays.
Do you have a source for 3/4 or 1" pizza stones for my electric oven?
I was about to go to soap stone quarry I used to buy inserts for our 200 foot long brick oven.

The people around us in northern KY are stopping by when we make your white clam pizza.
