I made the Anchovy and the Margarhita(?) Pizza's.

They were great successes. I managed to grab one slice of the anchovy pizza which surprised me as I thought no one else would like it much cos of the anchovy's. Everybody loved the bases as well.

It was the first time I have ever NOT used a tomato sauce base, the taste was much lighter and fresher with olive oil.

My daughters always say if you come to my place for a meal it's always Indian, but now it will be pizza. Thanks a million, delicious.
