I was curious as to how something like this would turn out. Sweet and sour sauce, pulled chicken, rice flour crust (with gluten if needed) pineapple and mozzarella. I've tried barbecue beef and like it well enough to try it again in the future - this time making the beef up myself. This idea just came across as something that could be worth trying and is tentatively on my to-do list. Any thoughts thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
