Made a return trip (#4) to Apizza Scholls in Portland, Oregon. The pizza was awesome. Had the hot capicollo (gabbagol) and a sausage pie along with a caesar salad, the anchovies were insane great, imagine great anchovies. Brian and his crew do a great job, I travel 265 miles round trip for this experience. Next door is a fantastic pastry shop and down the street is Pastaworks an Italian Specialty shop, great cheese and deli meat, don't miss it. Brian is the real deal. Molto Buono amico.

Mike, thanks for the review. My mouth is still watering... a few pics would be cool next time! 
One day I will make it out there. It might not be right away but I WILL make it there someday.

I'm trying to..... I really am trying to. Not an "anchovy" kind of person.... but I like sardines, so I guess I should step up.
