Dear Albert,

The best example of an Italian Grandmother story is when I asked my grandmother for her pierogi dough recipe.

She said try renki monk jedyn jajko I trocho mleko which translates as three handfuls of Flour,one egg and a little milk.

The only problem was Babcia had size eight hands and mine were fives so I got soup!
