Dear Albert,

Thank you for writing me. I have to tell you that the dough turned out fantastic!! Since downloading the recipe, I must have made it several times and it has only improved with each session. In fact, I have 2 big clumps of ready-dough in my fridge right now. In my short experience, I have found that making the Pizza at least one day after the dough has been in the fridge, makes a better pizza. I also got some great recipes for making sauce using San Marzano tomatoes. My family and I are having a blast putting this all together.

I got my kids involved and they have been making their own pizzas, their own ways and it's great! They make the dough according to instruction, they pound the dough and get messy, they make their sauce and put on whatever toppings they like. Thank goodness, so far the toppings have been normal -no gummy bears yet!!

Anyway, thank you again my friend. I appreciate the recipe and the follow up. Please feel free to write me anytime. I think we will be have pizza for dinner tonight! Take care.
