Wish you were here to eat from Dales/Dads garden.
Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, garlic, onions, oh and
and red potatoes all really tasty. We did not have time to
order sweet potato starts when it was time to plant them.
Dry? We are very near the droughts of the 1930's in most
of Oklahoma. If we do not get some rains before September
the months of July and August could possibly could dry what
little bit of moisture there is in the ground we might not see
another cutting of hay in Oklahoma.
Last year 4 or more cuttings of hay was the norm.
Bless you all, this is Chris getting a note off for Dad.
Dad turned 83 on the 27th of January and he is not slowing
down, and Momma, she passed 18 last October 7th and she
is actually speeding up.
From the garden, Chris
