One pizza produced huge bubbles that did not make it look as appealling as a nice, evenly-flat pizza.

How can I avoid these bubbles from forming? More kneading? More stretching of the dough with a rolling pin before putting it in the oven?

Bubbles forming can be a pain, but as you know they do not affect the taste.. however, .

you can use a fork to degas the dough prior to puting in the oven.

Or use a fork if you see a bubble forming while your pizza is cooking.

Some professional pizzerias use a pizza docker.

It is a round tool with spikes on it.

They run it over the dough before toppings are put on...

It will stop the bubble effect..

I do not use a pizza docker, but you certainly can use one.....
