they also make model numbers VZF5 and VZF7.

The dealer you are talking about is a distributor of these ovens.

Without knowing who made the oven, I am unable to help you.

I would look over the oven very carefully and see if there is any sign as to who made your pizza oven.

Maybe someone here in the forum can help.
