I finally took the plunge to make a deep-dish pizza.

My inspiration was all of you here, and a little push from:

I used a 10" springform pan. The dough included corn meal, which made it a little lighter and fluffier than the "usual".

I would put pictures here, but I haven't figured out how to do that. How do you do that?

Mine needs some improvement, and eventually, needs to go on the grill.
